  • Please remember that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted as working days for standard deliveries. Each product has its own delivery timeline, so be sure to check the shipping details in the product description.

  • Order Tracking

    After your order ships, you'll receive an email and text with the shipping company details and tracking information. Simply enter the tracking number on their website to follow your package’s journey.

    Important Considerations while Ordering

    Before placing your order, please ensure the following:
    • Delivery Availability: Check if your location is serviceable by entering your pin code on our website.
    • Product Dimensions: Review the product dimensions listed as “Length x Width x Height.” Please be aware that any issues related to fitting through doorways, gates, lobbies, or service lifts will be your responsibility.

    Sale Policy

    • No exchanges, refunds, or returns on items purchased before or during the sale.
    • No other discount coupons are applicable during the sale.
    • Offers are valid while stocks last. We reserves the right to cancel orders, and you will be notified if this occurs. Refunds will be issued for cancelled orders

Return and Exchange Policy


  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition.
  • If you receive the wrong item or if there’s a genuine defect, we can provide a replacement within one week or offer store credit valid for three months.
